Inbound & Outbound Calling Agent Pay Rate: $35 Per Hour Location: Remote (United States Only) We are currently hiring Inbound & Outbound Calling Agents to support multiple campaigns across the United States. Our primary industries include: • Airlines & Travel Services • Home Services (Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Garage Door, Electrical, and more) This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers, following communication guidelines, and providing a professional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing • Answer inbound customer inquiries. • Make outbound calls when required. • Assist customers with general questions and service requests. • Collect and verify customer information. • Schedule appointments when appropriate. • Maintain accurate call notes and records. • Follow company communication standards and procedures. • Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction.
