We're building a high-performance cold email acquisition machine. SDR cold email is the spearhead - and we need a operator behind the email inboxes. Your Mission: Own the backend of our outbound engine. You'll manage SDR inboxes daily, ensuring replies are categorized, prioritized, and escalated cleanly. What You'll Handle: Reply management (We have SOPs for this) Forwarding hot leads to founders or AE (Booking calls) Removing unqualified contacts from sequences Monitoring deliverability flags (blocks, spam, OOO clusters) What You Bring: Elite attention to detail Inbox zero energy Experience managing cold email tools (Instantly, Bison, Smartlead, etc.) Bonus: Inbox management experience Engagement: Monthly retainer (300 USD / month)
