Independent CPA — Valuation and Financial Model Review.
Worldwide
Independent CPA — Valuation and Financial Model Review, Pre-Revenue Fintech We are a US-incorporated (Wyoming) cross-border payments company with a UK parent. We have prepared a comprehensive internal valuation and a 60-month financial model, and we are looking for a licensed CPA to review both independently. WORKSTREAM 1 — VALUATION REVIEW • Independent review of management's valuation assessment as at 6 August 2026 • Confirmation of the engagement form — valuation report, calculation report, or agreed-upon procedures — so we describe it accurately to our board and investors • Validation or replacement of the comparables base used in two of our five methods; this single input drives 45% of the weighted result and is currently a management estimate • A written conclusion suitable for board record and investor diligence WORKSTREAM 2 — FINANCIAL MODEL REVIEW • Structural and formula integrity: the model runs 12,000 formulas across 60 monthly periods with a three-statement build and a balance sheet that ties to nil • Reasonableness of the driver assumptions — customer acquisition cost, retention, take rates, partner cost rates, headcount • Whether the scenario engine behaves correctly: the base case can be switched between a no-partnership position and one assuming three distribution agreements that are in discussion but not executed • Revenue recognition and cost classification: gross versus net revenue presentation, given roughly 9% of gross revenue is paid away in partner and channel shares • Whether the assumption set is defensible in institutional diligence, and where it is not WHAT WE PROVIDE • A 35-page internal valuation report applying five early-stage methods (Scorecard, Berkus, Risk Factor Summation, cost to recreate, market and stage benchmark), plus VC method and First Chicago presented separately for fundraise context only • A 25-tab financial model with scenario controls, cohort retention, three financial statements, DCF valuation, unit economics, breakeven and ROIC • A 49-item information request list with owners and status tracking, already populated • A disclosure schedule of every known issue in our own numbers, provided up front rather than left to be found CONTEXT The company is pre-revenue and in pilot. Three products are deployed, both mobile applications are with the app stores, and nine partner integrations are complete under signed agreements. The concluded valuation is in the low single-digit millions. Discounted cash flow and earnings multiples are not used in the valuation conclusion — the forecast is presented separately and clearly labelled. REQUIREMENTS • Active US CPA licence • ABV, CVA or ASA credential preferred for the valuation workstream • Demonstrable experience with pre-revenue or early-stage technology companies • Comfortable auditing a large Excel model, not only reading its outputs • Available to sign an NDA before materials are released Please include in your proposal: your credential and licence state, two comparable engagements (anonymised is fine), your view on the appropriate engagement form for a company at this stage, whether you would take both workstreams or one, your fee, and your timeline. We have done a lot of the preparatory work. We are looking for rigour, not volume — including a conclusion that differs from ours if that is where the evidence leads.
