Independent Fintech Code, Security & SAMA Compliance Review

Engage a senior, independent fintech technologist with direct experience in SAMA-regulated payment platforms to conduct a complete review of SAVI's MVP codebase, architecture, and infrastructure, and to deliver a prioritized, actionable report identifying: 1. Coding and engineering quality issues; correctness, security, and scalability risks in the financial core and surrounding services. 2. Gaps against SAMA regulatory controls (Payment Services Provider Regulation, Anti-Money Laundering Regulation) as currently understood and mapped by SAVI. 3. Gaps against other applicable controls; PDPL (data protection), SAMA Cyber Security Framework, and PCI-DSS reference-mode posture. The output is intended to directly inform SAVI's pre-pilot hardening plan and its SAMA sandbox application preparation.
