Independent Proofreader and Content-Consistency Reviewer for Guided Workbook

We are seeking an experienced proofreader and content-consistency reviewer to complete one coordinated review of a guided personal-development workbook and its related customer-facing content. This is not a rewriting or graphic-design assignment. The workbook’s message, structure, voice, and original T.A.L.K. Method have already been established. We need an independent professional who can carefully review the complete product package before it moves into final design and production. Project Materials The selected freelancer will review: * One approximately 42-page guided workbook * Approximately 27 pages of related customer-facing material, including product descriptions, introductory content, support information, emails, and other supporting copy All materials should be reviewed together as one connected product—not priced or handled as unrelated individual tasks. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will review the materials for: * Grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure * Clarity and readability * Repetition, awkward wording, and confusing passages * Consistency in terminology, instructions, headings, and capitalization * Consistent tone and message across the workbook and supporting materials * Alignment between what the product promises and what the workbook actually delivers * Statements that could unintentionally sound like medical, mental-health, therapeutic, or guaranteed-results claims * Missing, contradictory, or incomplete information * Readiness for the final layout and production stage The reviewer should preserve the writer’s authentic, conversational, encouraging voice. Substantive changes must be identified for owner approval rather than silently rewriting the meaning. Required Deliverables * Reviewed copies showing all suggested edits or tracked changes * Clean corrected copies incorporating approved mechanical corrections * A concise issue log identifying substantive questions, inconsistencies, or concerns requiring owner review * Final confirmation that the workbook and related content have been reviewed for consistency as one complete product package Not Included in This Assignment This role does not include: * Graphic design * Workbook page design or redesign * PDF production * Creating fillable fields * Rewriting the workbook from scratch * Replacing or restructuring the original T.A.L.K.
