Indie Game Dev looking for Godot UI/UX Developer/Artist

I'm making a game and have zero talent for making art and usable UI/UX. I have something in place currently, but I'm looking for a professional to do it right. What to expect after: If the contract is completed with a satisfactory mockup/design, you'll be eligible for a follow-up contract in the coming months to begin development on the mockup/design. If you complete this contract with a less-than-satisfying design, the contract will be completed for you and you'll be paid. However, the contract will be reuploaded and you will not qualify for development or any further attempts. I am doing this as a way to gauge your creativity and skills What you will do The theme will be cyperpunk/circuit/future. You'll be expected to create a rough draft, a sketch, of multiple pages and states of a GUI. Then you are expected to sell it to me that your design is the best for users to use and look at. Expect to design the following pages and states: hotbars, inventory, preview panels, hover panels, shopping carts, game mode selection screen, and many more. Budget: Considering how you're only required to provide a sketch and explanation of your design, a minimum budget for the contract will be set. If you believe your sketch and design warrants a higher pay, that can be negotiated. The full contract will be ~$5k for ~150hrs worth of work. All assets and work must be ethically sourced; No AI assets and American contractors only.
