We are expanding into the Indonesian market and are looking for an Indonesia-based freelancer who can help us identify, contact and convert businesses that could benefit from a better website. We are especially interested in businesses within hospitality, tourism and other visually driven industries. --- # Target Clients Potential clients include: * Hotels * Villas * Guesthouses and homestays * Restaurants * Cafés * Beach clubs * Tour companies * Travel businesses * Spas * Salons * Barbershops * Rental companies * Real estate businesses * Diving and surf businesses * Other Indonesian SMEs Many of these businesses have good products or locations but outdated, basic or nonexistent websites. That is the opportunity we want you to help us find. --- # Your Role You will help ENNL Studios with Indonesian B2B prospecting, lead generation and sales. Responsibilities can include: * Researching suitable Indonesian businesses * Finding relevant business owners and decision-makers * Reviewing their current online presence * Identifying businesses that could genuinely benefit from a new website * Contacting suitable prospects * Starting conversations with decision-makers * Introducing ENNL Studios * Explaining our website services * Qualifying interested businesses * Arranging introductions to our team * Helping overcome language or communication barriers where necessary * Following up with prospects Possible outreach methods include: * WhatsApp * Email * Instagram * LinkedIn * Phone * Other appropriate online B2B communication channels We are interested in professional, personalized outreach. Once you find a qualified client, our team can help with: * Website demonstrations * Pricing * Proposals * Technical questions * Closing support * Design * Development * Project delivery Your strength should be researching businesses, communicating with people and identifying sales opportunities. --- # Compensation The initial lead-generation work will be structured as a **paid freelance project through Upwork**, with the specific deliverables and milestone payment agreed before work begins. We are interested in building a longer-term cooperation with successful freelancers. In addition to agreed paid lead-generation work, successful sales can qualify for significant performance-based compensation.
