Industrial Designer Needed to Create a Manufacturing-Ready Consumer Kitchen Product.

Hello! I am looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to help turn my working prototype into a professional, manufacturing-ready consumer product. The product is called My Trash Compactor™. It is a handheld tool designed to safely compress trash inside standard rectangular 13-gallon kitchen trash cans without users putting their hands into the trash. I already have: • A working prototype • Product photos • A clear vision for the final product I need someone to create a premium retail-ready design that can be manufactured using injection molding. Deliverables: • Professional 3D CAD model • STEP, STL, and source CAD files • Engineering drawings with dimensions • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) • Material recommendations • Injection molding recommendations • Exploded assembly drawing • High-quality photorealistic renderings The finished product should: • Fit standard rectangular 13-gallon kitchen trash cans • Have an ergonomic handle • Be lightweight and durable • Have rounded edges that won't damage trash bags • Be easy to clean • Look like a premium product that could be sold on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, and other major retailers Please include: • Examples of similar consumer products you have designed • Your estimated timeline • Your fixed-price quote • The CAD software you use • Any experience with injection-molded consumer products This could lead to additional product design work in the future if the project is successful.
