AI Influencer Growth & Content Manager — India

Starting Pay: ~₹10,000/month (~$100/month) Type: Part-time / Remote Location: India Long-Term Opportunity: Pay increases + performance bonuses based on results ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ABOUT THE PROJECT I'm building an AI-generated Indian social media influencer from the ground up, and I'm looking for an ambitious, creative person in India who can take ownership of the influencer's day-to-day content and growth. This isn't a traditional social-media management job. I want someone who understands Indian Instagram/Reels culture AND AI content creation and can independently take an idea from concept → creation → publishing → optimization. The ideal person is someone who is constantly watching Reels, understands Indian memes and trends, experiments with AI tools, and knows what makes people stop scrolling. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU'LL DO ① TREND & CONTENT RESEARCH → Monitor Indian Instagram/Reels trends → Identify viral formats, sounds, memes, topics and hooks → Study successful Indian creators and influencers → Find trends that can be adapted to our AI influencer → Continuously experiment with new content concepts → Understand what's currently working with Indian audiences ② AI CONTENT CREATION You will actually create the influencer's content using AI tools. This may include: → Generating AI images of the influencer → Maintaining consistency in the influencer's appearance → Creating AI-generated videos → Creating talking/animated content → Generating backgrounds, scenes and environments → Using AI for scripts, ideas and captions → Experimenting with new AI image/video tools → Combining AI-generated assets with traditional editing You don't need to know every AI tool, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly. Examples of tools you may use include ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Veo, CapCut, Canva, and other similar/evolving AI tools. ③ SHORT-FORM VIDEO PRODUCTION You should be able to take an idea and turn it into a finished Reel. For example: Trending concept → Idea → AI generation → Editing → Music/Audio → Caption → Post You should be capable of doing most of this independently. ④ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT → Publish content consistently → Write captions and hooks → Optimize posts → Manage comments → Engage with relevant audiences → Maintain the content calendar → Repurpose successful content across platforms where appropriate ⑤ GROWTH & OPTIMIZATION You will track what's happening and continuously improve. You'll be expected to: → Monitor views, watch time, engagement and follower growth → Identify winning and losing content → Understand why certain posts perform better → Recreate successful formats → Test different hooks and concepts → Experiment with posting strategies → Continuously improve the influencer's content The goal isn't simply to post content. The goal is to GROW THE ACCOUNT. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO I'M LOOKING FOR You should be: → Based in India → Very familiar with Indian Instagram/Reels culture → Comfortable with AI content-generation tools → Able to create AI images/videos yourself → Comfortable editing short-form videos → Creative and highly experimental → Proactive and self-motivated → Good at spotting trends early → Familiar with Indian memes, music, creators and pop culture → Comfortable writing English captions/scripts → Able to work independently → Willing to learn new AI tools quickly YOU DON'T NEED: → A fancy degree → Corporate experience → 5+ years of social-media experience I'm much more interested in what you can actually create than your qualifications. Why did it work, and how can we adapt the underlying concept for our influencer?" rather than: "What should I post today?" You should naturally spend time on Instagram, notice trends quickly, understand Indian internet culture and enjoy experimenting with AI. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT I DON'T WANT Please don't apply if your entire social-media strategy is: → "Post consistently" → "Use hashtags" → "Post at the best time" → "Follow trends" I want someone who can actually create content and understand WHY it works. Absolutely no: ✕ Fake followers ✕ Bots ✕ Fake engagement ✕ Spam ✕ Stolen content ✕ Impersonation ✕ Misleading/deceptive growth tactics The goal is to build a REAL audience and a valuable social-media brand. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ COMPENSATION Starting Pay: ~₹10,000/month (~$100/month) This is an initial starting rate while we test the project and working relationship. If you demonstrate that you can consistently create good content and grow the account, your compensation will increase substantially over time. There will also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses as the account reaches major milestones. I'm looking for someone who can potentially stay with the project long-term and grow into a much larger role. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY This is an early-stage project. You'll be joining at the beginning, when the account is at 0 or very early followers. If we find a winning formula and the account grows significantly, there is an opportunity to take on much more responsibility and receive substantially higher compensation.
