# Influencer Partnerships & PR Manager — Commission-Based ## About the Role I’m looking for an experienced **Influencer Partnerships & PR Manager** to work with me on a freelance, commission-based basis. I’m a Korea-based Egyptian content creator and influencer working across **beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle**, with an established audience across Instagram and TikTok and experience collaborating with Korean and international brands. I’m looking for someone who can help me take my existing creator business to the next level by actively sourcing new brand opportunities, developing relationships with PR and marketing teams, and supporting campaign negotiations and partnerships. **This is NOT a social media management, content creation, or virtual assistant position.** The ideal person already understands the influencer/beauty industry and has an existing network or proven experience working with **Korean beauty brands, PR agencies, influencer marketing agencies, or international brands.** ## Key Responsibilities ### Brand & Campaign Opportunities * Proactively identify and source paid collaboration opportunities with Korean and international brands. * Reach out to relevant beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle brands and PR agencies. * Introduce and pitch my profile to brands that are a strong fit. * Monitor upcoming campaigns, launches, influencer programs and partnership opportunities. * Develop long-term relationships with brand marketing and PR teams. * Look for opportunities across Korea, MENA/Egypt and international markets. ### PR & Influencer Partnerships * Build and maintain relationships with Korean beauty PR agencies and brand representatives. * Identify relevant PR contacts and decision-makers within brands. * Introduce new brands and agencies to my creator profile. * Help develop long-term partnerships rather than focusing only on one-off campaigns. * Keep track of relevant contacts, opportunities and ongoing conversations. ### Negotiation & Campaign Management * Support negotiations regarding campaign fees, deliverables, timelines and usage rights. * Help negotiate paid usage, whitelisting/advertising rights, exclusivity and other commercial terms when applicable. * Communicate professionally with brands and agencies on my behalf when needed. * Help ensure that campaign terms are commercially beneficial and clearly defined. * Follow up with brands and agencies and help move potential opportunities toward confirmed collaborations. ### Business Development * Help identify new markets and categories where my audience and content would be a strong fit. * Develop strategies to increase the number and quality of paid brand partnerships. * Recommend brands, agencies or potential business connections that could be valuable. * Think proactively about how to increase the commercial value of my creator platform. ## Ideal Candidate You would be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following: * Influencer marketing * Influencer/creator management * Talent management * PR and influencer relations * Brand partnerships * Beauty PR * K-beauty marketing * Creator partnerships * Advertising/marketing agencies * Brand-side influencer marketing ### Strongly Preferred * Previous experience working with **Korean beauty/cosmetics/skincare brands** * Existing relationships with Korean PR agencies or beauty brand marketing teams * Experience working with international creators/influencers * Experience negotiating influencer campaigns * Experience sourcing paid collaborations for creators * Understanding of the Korean beauty industry * Experience working across Korea and international markets * Fluent English communication Experience with **MENA/Egyptian or Middle Eastern markets** would be a strong advantage, but is not mandatory. ## Who This Is NOT For Please do not apply if your experience is primarily: * Social media posting * Content creation * Canva/graphic design * Community management * General virtual assistance * Administrative assistance * Managing your own personal social media accounts I am specifically looking for someone who understands **the business side of influencer marketing and has the ability to create real commercial opportunities.** ## Compensation This is a **commission-based freelance position**. The goal is to create a mutually beneficial long-term partnership where you are rewarded for the business opportunities you generate and/or directly manage. Commission structure can be discussed based on your experience, network and scope of responsibilities.
