Influencer & UGC Manager — Italy (part-time, ongoing)

Holi is Poland's first online obesity clinic. Since 2023 we have treated obesity as the chronic disease it is — a prescribing obesitologist, a psychodietitian matched to the patient's behavioural profile, a full metabolic blood panel before the first consultation, and an app that carries the programme between visits. Fully remote, paid out of pocket by patients and, since 2026, by employers. Italy is our second market and we are starting from zero: no audience, no creator roster, no content. We are looking for one person, based in Italy, to build the creator side of that launch. You are a manager, not a creator — we are not asking you to appear on camera. You find the right Italian creators, you get them on board, you brief them well, and you make sure what comes back is usable. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and maintain a vetted pipeline of Italian creators in weight loss, health, fitness, food and lifestyle — with real audience data, not follower counts. - Reach out, negotiate and close collaborations. You will manage a creator budget; the figure is disclosed at offer stage. - Write the briefs. Manage delivery, revisions and deadlines. - Work with our existing Holi social accounts to start, and tell us when an Italian-language presence is worth standing up. - Secure and document paid-usage rights on every asset. - Report weekly on a single page: contacted, replied, closed, delivered, spent, cost per asset. - Tell us honestly what is not working. We would rather kill a channel early than defend it. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - You live in Italy and Italian is your first language. - You have personally placed creators for a brand in Italy and can show the work. - You have worked in a category where copy gets checked before it ships — health, pharma, supplements, finance or similar. Nothing publishes here without our sign-off. - You are comfortable being the only person on this, reporting into a small team that works in English. DEFINITION OF DONE — FIRST 90 DAYS 1. A shared tracker with 40+ vetted Italian creators: audience size, engagement rate, audience age and gender split, rate card, and a go/no-go note on each. 2. 8+ creator collaborations signed and live. 3. A creator brief template and a content guardrail one-pager, both in Italian and English, approved by us. 4. 30+ usable creator assets delivered in the formats and aspect ratios we specify. 5. Documented paid-usage rights of at least 12 months on every delivered asset. 6. A weekly one-page report delivered every week, with cost per asset trending down. This is ongoing part-time work, roughly 10 hours a week. If the first 90 days work, it continues and grows.
