Infrastructure/DevOps Specialist for Hosting Foundation

We need a Top Rated Plus infrastructure/DevOps specialist to build a clean hosting foundation for a 25-person marketing agency in Minneapolis. Our team writes the application code, so we need someone to provision and harden the environment, set up staging and production, and hand off a reliable system. Scope includes Ubuntu server setup, nginx, PHP-FPM, PostgreSQL, Redis, GitHub-based deploys with rollback, nightly off-server backups, Cloudflare DNS with Full (Strict) SSL, transactional email SPF/DKIM/DMARC, uptime and failure alerts, and data isolation for two applications, one handling HR records. Please include a runbook a non-technical person can follow and a reference where you handed off a system to a client with no in-house engineer. Bonus for experience with managed platforms and advice on whether they are better for our size.
