Instagram Growth Specialist for Organic Audience & Engagement

We’re looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Specialist to help us grow our account organically and build a more active and relevant audience. We need someone who understands Instagram beyond just posting content. You should be comfortable developing a simple content strategy, researching our audience and competitors, finding relevant hashtags and trends, and identifying the type of content that can improve our reach and engagement. You’ll help us plan content for Reels, posts, carousels, and stories, while also keeping an eye on Instagram Insights to understand what is working and what needs to be improved. We want someone who can bring their own ideas and recommendations instead of needing detailed instructions for every task. Our main goal is to increase organic reach, engagement, and followers while building a genuine audience around the brand. We are not interested in bots, fake followers, or other shortcuts. This can start as a part-time project and potentially become a long-term opportunity if we find the right person.
