Instagram DM Manager & Appointment Setter for Online Fitness Coaching Business We are seeking a motivated and personable freelancer to manage our Instagram direct messages and set appointments for our growing online fitness coaching business. Responsibilities - Initiate and maintain conversations with followers using a provided framework, while adding a personal touch to create genuine connections - Identify and nurture potential leads through authentic communication - Qualify leads and determine when they are ready to take the next step - Schedule calls and manage follow ups on behalf of the business owner - Represent the coaching brand with a positive, professional, and friendly tone - Consistently engage with DMs and follow up with leads on a daily basis - Track conversations, follow-ups, and booked calls as needed What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in the online fitness coaching space is REQUIRED. - You should understand the online coaching industry, the types of people who invest in coaching, and how conversations with potential fitness coaching clients typically work. - Previous experience with Instagram DM outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales is strongly preferred - Excellent written communication skills - Natural conversational style: we do NOT want robotic or overly scripted messages - Ability to follow directions and frameworks while adapting to each individual conversation - Reliable and consistent with daily engagement - Comfortable having sales oriented conversations without being pushy or aggressive - Able to work independently and take initiative when appropriate Compensation & Growth - Hourly pay with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on booked calls and conversions - Long term growth potential within the company for the right fit - Opportunity to grow with an established online coaching business How to Apply *PLEASE READ* To apply, please include the following in your message: 1.
