Instagram Outbound DM Setter / Lead Generation Specialist – Airbnb Mentorship About Us BNB Fast Track Academy is an Airbnb mentorship company that helps aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to start and scale a profitable Airbnb rental arbitrage business. We are looking for an experienced Instagram Outbound DM Setter who understands lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting. Your primary goal will be simple: Start quality conversations → Identify qualified prospects → Build interest → Book qualified sales calls for our closing team. What You’ll Be Doing As our Instagram DM Setter, you will: * Research potential leads who are interested in Airbnb, rental arbitrage, entrepreneurship, real estate, side hustles, and building additional income. * Engage with people who enter our ecosystem through Instagram followers, comments, story interactions, content engagement, and inbound leads. * Research competitor and industry-related Instagram pages to identify potential qualified prospects. * Send personalized outbound DMs instead of generic copy-and-paste spam. * Start conversations and build relationships with prospects. * Ask qualifying questions to determine their goals, interest level, financial readiness, and seriousness about starting an Airbnb business. * Follow up consistently with warm prospects who don’t book immediately. * Handle basic questions and objections through DM. * Move qualified and interested prospects toward booking a sales call. * Keep accurate records of conversations, leads, follow-ups, and booked appointments. * Communicate with our sales team regarding hot leads and scheduled calls. Who We’re Looking For We want someone who already has experience with: * Instagram outbound DM setting * Appointment setting * Lead generation and prospecting * Social selling * Researching qualified prospects * Cold and warm outreach * Lead qualification * Follow-up sequences * CRM management * Booking calls for high-ticket offers Experience working with coaching, consulting, Airbnb, real estate, business opportunities, or high-ticket mentorship programs is a major plus. We want someone who knows how to research the prospect, personalize the conversation, build rapport, identify pain points, create interest, and naturally transition the prospect into a booked call.
