Summary

Have small IG acct for local concerts (3600 followers). Used to get high engagement and lots of likes/views but now even with running ads have a fraction of the likes and engagement. Followers report never seeing my posts unless I forward a post to them. Ads also are reaching the wrong demographics than I selected. Need someone who has proven track record getting acct back into an algorithm that makes it grow and translates to local ticket purchases.
