We are hiring someone to manage and optimize our campaigns & build the system. ### Responsibilities * Launch and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai * Upload and organize new lead lists * Segment audiences for targeted outreach * Monitor campaign performance and deliverability * Improve subject lines, messaging, and campaign results through testing * Keep campaigns running consistently so no opportunities are missed * Provide a weekly summary of campaign performance and booked meetings
