Insurance Agent Recruiter / Hiring Specialist

Summary We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting/Hiring Specialist to help us rapidly build our insurance sales team. Our primary focus is recruiting licensed Health & Life insurance agents, particularly agents with experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and related senior insurance products. Responsibilities include: - Sourcing qualified, licensed insurance agents - Posting and managing job listings - Screening applicants and resumes - Conducting initial interviews - Identifying strong sales candidates - Coordinating candidates through the hiring and onboarding process - Developing strategies to consistently increase qualified applicant volume - Helping us build a repeatable, high-volume recruiting process Insurance recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting Medicare, health insurance, life insurance, or call-center insurance agents is a major plus. We are looking to hire agents at scale, so this could become a full-time position for the right person.
