AI Integration & Automation Expert

We're looking for an experienced AI Integration & Automation Expert to help transform how our business operates. Our goal is simple: identify every area of our business where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and automate repetitive processes. We don't have a specific platform in mind, we're looking for someone who knows the AI landscape and can recommend the best tools for each task. What You'll Do * Analyze our current business processes and workflows. * Identify opportunities to automate tasks using AI. * Recommend the best AI platforms and software for our needs. * Build and implement automations from start to finish. * Integrate AI tools with our existing systems whenever possible. * Train our team on the solutions you implement. Areas We'd Like to Explore * Customer service automation * Marketing and content creation * Sales and lead management * Email automation * CRM optimization * Document generation * Internal knowledge bases * Scheduling and operations * Data entry and reporting * AI assistants for employees * Voice AI and phone automation * Workflow automation between multiple software platforms * Any additional opportunities you identify Qualifications * Proven experience implementing AI solutions for businesses. * Strong knowledge of today's leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Cursor, etc.). * Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms. * Experience integrating APIs and connecting business software. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Ability to recommend solutions based on ROI—not just the newest technology.
