Interactive 3D Web Developer (Three.js / WebGL) for Luxury Resort Master Plan

We are looking for an expert Creative Technologist / Frontend Developer specializing in Three.js and WebGL to build an immersive, buttery-smooth interactive master plan website for a luxury resort project. Similar to interactive property discovery tools, users should be able to smoothly pan, zoom, click on regional hotspots/pins, and trigger sleek UI information panels over a 3D/2.5D environment. Your Responsibilities: * Develop the front-end interactive 3D canvas using Three.js (or frameworks like React Three Fiber). * Implement smooth camera easing, transitions, and custom raycasting for clickable pins/hotspots. * Build clean, responsive, and minimalist UI overlays that complement a luxury brand aesthetic. * Optimize performance so the experience loads quickly and runs smoothly on mobile and desktop devices. Requirements: * Proven, production-level experience with Three.js, WebGL, and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Portfolio featuring interactive maps, 3D product showcases, or digital real estate experiences. * Deep understanding of performance optimization (Draco compression, frame-rate stabilization, texture management).
