We’re seeking an experienced Intercom specialist to configure and troubleshoot an instructor engagement campaign on our fitness technology platform. The campaign involves delivering Typeform quizzes to instructors twice a week over 9 weeks. We need assistance with Intercom outbound messaging, user targeting, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and scalable setup. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on Intercom experience and can quickly jump into the project to make the campaign operational.
