Looking for an experienced interior architect / architectural designer for a full renovation of an existing 5,400 sq. ft. home in South Florida. Scope: Recreate accurate digital floor plans from existing measurements Develop and optimize new layouts and space planning Design kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, office, etc. Prepare detailed 2D plans/elevations for GC/trade coordination Create high-quality realistic 3D renderings Work through revisions with us Preferred: U.S. residential experience, ideally Florida.
