Interior Designer / Interior Architect – Ongoing Residential Projects

* We are a Los Angeles residential development team looking for a talented **Interior Designer / Interior Architect** to work with us on multiple ongoing projects. YOU NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY HERE IN LOS ANGELES We already have architects, contractors, and construction teams in place. We need someone with strong design instincts who can help refine the interiors and translate the design into **clear, buildable interior elevations and details**. Typical work includes: * Kitchen and bathroom elevations * Cabinetry, millwork, built-ins, and fireplaces * Interior architectural details * Flooring, tile, stone, plaster, fixtures, and hardware * Reviewing plans and improving design details before construction * Maintaining a consistent design language throughout each home We are looking for someone who combines **excellent taste with strong technical drawing skills**. AutoCAD experience is preferred; SketchUp, Revit, or rendering skills are a plus. This is **ongoing work across multiple residential projects**, not a one-time decorating assignment.
