3D Interior Designer for Boutique Nail Salon

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer and Space Planner to create a clean, cohesive, and brand-consistent layout for a high-end 700 sq ft boutique nail salon in the U.S. We already have established brand guidelines, brand colors, and logo assets ready. We need a designer who can translate our visual identity into a simple, modern physical space while keeping practical construction, clean lines, and smart sourcing in mind. Key Requirements & Scope: - 700 Sq Ft Space Optimization: Maximize every square foot for operational efficiency, ergonomic technician workflows, client comfort, and seamless traffic flow (manicure/pedicure areas, reception, sanitation, and storage). - US-Available Furnishings & Materials: All furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decor MUST be readily available in the US. We are prioritizing simple, modern, high-efficiency options from IKEA, accessible US commercial suppliers, or local US retailers. - Imperial Units & US Standards: You must be fluent in the US measuring system (feet/inches) and familiar with US commercial space standards. - Realistic 3D Renderings & Schemas: Create high-resolution photorealistic renders showing material selections, lighting design, colors, and textures strictly aligned with our brand guide. Deliverables: 2D floor plan layout with detailed US measurements (700 sq ft) Sourcing/spec sheet with direct links to US-available furniture and fixtures (IKEA / US suppliers) High-quality photorealistic 3D interior renderings (minimum 4-5 key angles) Required Qualifications: Strong portfolio of clean, modern commercial, boutique retail, or salon interior design projects. Proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering tools (SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent). Experience designing inside small-to-medium retail footprints (around 700–1,000 sq ft).
