Design Direction: Transitional New Traditional Quiet Luxury blended with Warm Contemporary Luxe and Modern Mediterranean. Overall elevated quiet luxury that is warm, light, and timeless. Not cold ultra-modern and not rustic farmhouse. We appreciate high-quality, detailed work and are looking for a designer who can bring more creative ideas in this direction. Scope of Work: 1. Complete 3D design and photorealistic renderings including space planning 2. Detailed budget breakdown and material, fixture, and finish sourcing with vendor guidance 3.
