Interior Designer for Residential Interior Design, Floor Plans & 3D Renders

We are looking for an interior designer with architectural drafting ability to handle a residential project end to end. Scope covers interior design, floor plans, and 3D renders for a single-family home. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲: Interior design for a 3-bedroom home (living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining area) Space planning and furniture layout Material, finish, and colour palette selection with a moodboard Floor plan design and updated architectural drawings in AutoCAD Elevations for the main living areas 3D renders of 3 to 4 interior views One revision round per view 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Proven experience as an interior designer on residential projects Strong portfolio covering interior design, floor plans, and 3D rendering Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max Degree or formal training in interior design or architecture Comfortable working across both interior design and architectural drafting on the same project Shares an early draft so we can approve direction before final detailing We will provide site dimensions, existing plans, and reference images once the contract starts. Timeline is 7 to 10 days with possible ongoing work on future units. Please share samples showing both your interior design work and floor plan drawings.
