Interior Space Planning for Renovation

I need someone to assist with interior space planning for my residential renovation project. My style is probably best described as transitional glam. The ideal candidate will have experience in space planning, and be able to provide creative solutions for optimizing space. The project involves working on a residential property, so familiarity with residential renovation is essential. Room flow, efficient use of space and creativity in an existing space are essential elements as this is an existing home and we need to work within the existing structure as much as possible to keep expenses down. I will be working on the following projects over the next few months, with bathroom design being a priorty. 1. Divide one oversized bathroom into two smaller en suites ones and finding the most functional layout inclding where to put entry doors and working around an awkward window. 2. Transform 2 bedrooms into a single one, using a portion of the rooms to create a large master closet, and using the remaining space a functional and trendy teen space. 3. layout a large long bedroom with a sitting area. 4. layout furnishings in an existing living room to add a fireplace and television 5. design optimization in a large foyer including extending a closet for functional use by a busy family. 6. add a discreet walk-in pantry to an existing kitchen Ideal candidate will be creative and open to conversations, changes and suggestions (Can we try it this way...) We can work on a room by room basis or a flat fee so proposals are welcome.
