3D Interior Visualization & AI Concept Design for a Modern Apartment

The designer should have a good understanding of architectural composition, materials, lighting, proportions and visual presentation. I am open to creative suggestions as long as the final direction remains elegant and cohesive. Scope of Work 1. Moodboard Create a visual moodboard showing: Overall design direction Furniture inspiration Materials Lighting Color palette Interior atmosphere 2. 3D Interior Model Create or develop a 3D model of the living room based on the provided floor plan, dimensions and reference images. The model should include: Walls and architectural elements Flooring Ceiling Windows and doors Main furniture Decorative elements 3. AI Concept Exploration Create several AI-assisted design concepts to explore different visual directions before finalizing the design. At least 3 concept variations should be explored. 4. Final Visualization Produce 2 high-quality interior visualizations based on the selected design direction. The final images should include: Realistic materials Natural lighting Appropriate camera composition Furniture and accessories Architectural details Professional post-production 5. Photoshop Post-Production Enhance the final renders in Photoshop, including: Lighting adjustments Color correction Material refinement Shadows and highlights Background/atmosphere refinement Small visual corrections Deliverables The final delivery should include: One professional moodboard One material/color palette Three AI concept explorations Two final interior renderings High-resolution JPG/PNG files Source 3D file Final presentation PDF References Provided The client will provide: Floor plan Basic room dimensions Existing photographs or reference images Preferred furniture/style references
