Interior design for attic space

I need a 3D interior design for a home office and a gym in our attic space. I attach our architectural plans. For the study space, we want a standing desk positioned in the middle of the office looking out to the balcony (good view). Note that the ceiling is sloped so the sides of the room may suit some low bench seats running along the length of the room. We'll also need a place for a printer. At the same time we dont want to over clutter the room. For the gym, we will have a peloton and some light exercise equipment. The house is a new renovation but the finishes shouldnt be too modern. Classic and functional is ideal. Show 3D design for the rooms including furniture.
