Intermediate .NET Integration Developer – Long-Term Engagement - LATAM ONLY

APPLY ONLY THROUGH UPWORK. LATAM ONLY We are looking for an Intermediate .NET / C# Developer to join our team on a part-time, long-term basis, approximately 20 hours per week. This is a long-term opportunity, with an initial commitment of 12+ months and the possibility of continuing beyond that. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON • Develop and maintain .NET/C# integrations • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and external systems • Configure and implement data synchronization between different platforms • Create data mappings and transformations • Implement business rules and conditional logic • Troubleshoot data flows and integration issues • Work with existing integration and synchronization technologies • Contribute to improving and maintaining integration software • Document integrations and technical processes REQUIREMENTS • Intermediate-level experience with .NET / C# • Strong experience working with REST APIs and JSON • Experience integrating different systems and platforms • Understanding of data models and data mapping • Experience with data synchronization, ETL, middleware, or similar technologies • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken • Ability to learn and work with an existing platform and technology stack • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a senior technical lead NICE TO HAVE • Experience with ERP or e-commerce integrations • Experience with SQL and databases • Experience with ETL or middleware platforms • Experience working with complex data synchronization workflows IMPORTANT This is not a short-term project. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship and becoming a reliable part of our development team. There will be an initial onboarding and training period, so we're looking for someone who is interested in learning the platform, understanding the existing technology, and growing with the project rather than taking on a short-term assignment.
