Internal Software System Development with AI Coding Agents (Coaching + Consulting)

I am looking to hire someone who has a deep underlying end-to-end software development expertise, but with using AI coding agents. Someone who can help me set up and integrate AI coding agents into my system. The ideal candidate will have experience in web* software development and AI integration. The most important thing here is that you will be helping me and teaching me how to use these systems not just doing the work. 80% will be on setting up ai systems live with me as I ask questions and 20% might be implementing work I need. The ideal reltionship is you're mostly talking me through how we should build a system and setting up ai-agent loops while teaching me.
