# Intuit Enterprise Suite Technical Implementation Lead Recommended role purpose Lead the technical configuration, migration, testing, and production implementation of Intuit Enterprise Suite within an approved multi-entity Order-to-Cash architecture. Translate Finance-approved accounting decisions into system configuration, data structures, migration specifications, controls, reconciliations, and operating documentation. This is a technical implementation role. It is not a bookkeeping, tax, outsourced accounting, or routine QuickBooks administration position. Responsibilities to strengthen Add explicit technical ownership for: IES environment and tenant configuration Multi-entity structure and permissions Configuration workbooks and deployment records Data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading Import tools, APIs, connectors, and structured data exchange Migration trial runs and defect resolution Posting, routing, synchronization, and configuration troubleshooting Technical test cases and cutover runbooks Configuration documentation and support handoff The person should implement Controller-approved accounting decisions, not make those decisions independently. Preferred background Replace the current first bullet with: Hands-on implementation of Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online Advanced, or a comparable cloud accounting or ERP platform QuickBooks Enterprise experience may be useful, but it should not be presented as equivalent to IES. A desktop QuickBooks Enterprise consultant may not have the required cloud, API, integration, or migration skills.
