Investment Banker/Raise Capital

We are seeking someone to assist us in raising capital for a "re-start-up". The company has been in business over 1/2 a century. For many years it was a national business, a leader in its field with over 1,000 employees. We believe our business plan and the people involved will quickly propel us to again become a national leader, quickly and centered around technology. In the budget on here I put $5000 because it required an answer. In fact, depending on the amount raised and how it is done the compensation could range up to 7 figures. This is a pay-for-performance project. We will not be paying a retainer, we will not be paying hourly. The compensation will be from the capital raised. We understand that excludes many people. This is a very unique opportunity, we do not expect it to be difficult to have offers, however we are discriminating who we want to be involved with. We did raise money once before and it was all done in one day, and repaid as agreed with interest and a return. We have relationships that can be helpful, we need you to take the lead and get the job done. For the right person the relationship may continue beyond the initial successful capital raise. We have a business plan prepared.
