Hi, I'm looking for a causation report regarding isotretinoin and the affective disorders and pathophysiology. This includes the possible repair mechanisms such as mesenchymal stem cells and how they can biologically repair the [dna]damage and restore the central nervous system and body/brain/mind pathways. Technical and abstract. From cause to possible cure. See Dr. Doug Bremner's work on pubmed and others. Using the research to identify connect cause and come up with a repair mechanism, most likely through regenerative medicine Stem Cells, with possible gene therapy but maybe just mesenchymal stem cells will be enough.
