Japanese Transcriptionist – Conversational Audio Project

We are looking for experienced Japanese transcriptionists for an upcoming conversational audio transcription project. Project Overview -Japanese conversational audio transcription -Two-speaker natural conversations -Human-generated transcription only — no ASR/AI-generated transcription -Full speaker diarization -Turn-level timestamps -Japanese transcription including Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana -English terms and code-switching may occur -Target accuracy of 95%+ What You Will Do -Listen to recorded Japanese conversations and accurately transcribe the audio -Clearly identify and separate speakers -Add accurate turn-level timestamps -Follow the provided client-specific transcription guidelines -Ensure the final transcript is complete, accurate, and properly formatted Requirements -Native or highly proficient Japanese -Previous professional transcription experience -Experience with conversational or multi-speaker audio -Comfortable handling speaker diarization and timestamps -Able to accurately transcribe Japanese and English code-switching -Available to start on short notice over the coming weeks -Experience with banking, finance, fintech, insurance, accounting, investment, or related business content is a plus.
