We need to add about 450 SF 2nd floor to this floor plan provided. We will use the loft area floor 3 for this master bedroom and bath. The stairs can be inside the house or outside the footprint. We need someone to design the 2nd floor. Make a floor plan. Please add Berkley Construction Inc. 1516 West Redwood St. San Diego CA 92101 as our business address. Also my contact info which I will sent to the person contracted. It may lead to renderings and elevations.
