We are looking for an experienced, systems-driven YouTube Automation Creator / Video Editor to handle the end-to-end production of engaging, faceless YouTube videos on a recurring basis. Key Responsibilities Video Assembly & Editing: Combine provided scripts and voiceovers with engaging stock footage, B-roll, motion graphics, and sound effects (SFX). Retention Optimization: Use fast pacing, text animations, and visual cues to keep viewers hooked, especially through the first 30 seconds. Audio & Visual Polish: Ensure clean audio balancing, smooth transitions, and high-definition export quality. Thumbnail Integration: (Optional/Bonus) Match or coordinate high-click-through-rate (CTR) thumbnails to the video topic. Requirements & Qualifications Demonstrated Experience: Must have a strong, verifiable history of editing YouTube videos—specifically within automated or faceless channel formats. Software Proficiency: Fluent in standard video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.). Analytical Understanding: Deep understanding of YouTube pacing, storytelling, and metrics that drive audience retention. Reliability: Excellent communication and the ability to hit strict, recurring weekly deadlines.
