What You'll Do Source and apply to job openings that match each candidate's skills, experience, and career goals Craft and refine resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to maximize visibility and impact Run targeted, high-volume job searches using advanced sourcing methods Submit applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, company career portals, and other platforms Keep application pipelines organized and up to date using ATS/CRM tools Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to boost candidates' chances of landing interviews Deliver regular updates on job market trends and adjust strategy to improve results What You Bring Hands-on experience in reverse recruiting, recruitment support, HR, or talent acquisition Solid understanding of the US job market, hiring practices, and recruitment processes Skilled in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding Comfortable with candidate sourcing, lead generation, and ATS/CRM platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple applications and deadlines at once A proactive, detail-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes — namely, getting candidates in front of hiring managers
