Job Title: Freelance 3D Landscape Visualizer / Renderer (Long-Term Subcontractor)

I am an established landscape designer and contractor looking for a reliable, remote 3D rendering subcontractor for ongoing project visualization. Instead of CAD files, I work primarily with hand-drawn layout concepts and photos of the job site. I need a visualizer who can take my hand sketches and photos and translate them into photorealistic 3D presentation images. Workflow: I will provide photos, plant lists, and material reference photos. We will hold a brief audio/video call to talk through the design descriptions, textures, layout flow, and desired angles. You will build the 3D model and provide drafts for review before final rendering. Required Skills: Proficiency in landscape rendering software (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, etc.) that features high-quality plant and hardscape libraries. Ability to accurately interpret spatial layouts from 2D hand-drawn site plans. English communication skills for verbal design briefings. I also speak some Spanish. Reliability with project turnaround times.
