Job Title: Legal Assistant / Specialist for USCIS & CBP FOIA Request (A-File)

Hi, I am looking for an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to help me request and obtain my complete Alien File (A-File) / records via FOIA from USCIS, CBP, and EOIR. Background: - Refused entry under INA Section 217 (ESTA / Visa Waiver Program) in February 2022 (WAS / Washington Dulles). - Prior withdrawn/closed I-589 asylum application. Scope of Work: - Properly draft and submit FOIA requests to USCIS, CBP, and EOIR/DOJ to retrieve all records associated with my A-number and passport. - Monitor the request progress and handle any correspondence or ID verification requirements from the agencies. Requirements: - Proven experience with US immigration FOIA requests (A-File retrieval). - Strong understanding of USCIS/CBP/EOIR portal processes.
