Jobtread Construction Scheduler, Estimator & Project Manager

Description: We are seeking a skilled construction professional to manage multiple residential projects remotely. This role combines project scheduling, estimating, and overall project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules for residential construction projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates from architectural plans and specifications. Track budgets, timelines, and material orders. Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and design teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report on progress. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Requirements: Proven experience in construction estimating, scheduling, and project management. Familiarity with residential construction and architectural plans. Knowledge of estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, ProCalc, Buildertrend, or similar). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote/online environment. Preferred: Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Experience managing multiple residential projects. Ability to work with cross-functional teams remotely.
