Junior AI Agents Developer (Python, n8n & Workflow Automation) - Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a motivated, fast-learning Junior AI Agents Developer to join our Venture Studio. If you love building autonomous AI agents, connecting LLMs to external APIs, and setting up workflows with Python, n8n, Make, or MCP servers, this is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world multi-venture pipelines. Responsibilities: - Build, test, and maintain workflow automations and AI agent pipelines using Python and low-code orchestrators (n8n, Make). - Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek) with databases, webhooks, and third-party SaaS tools. - Assist in developing browser automations, scrapers, and data enrichment scripts. - Optimize prompts, structured JSON outputs, and token usage across agentic loops. - Document architectures, API integrations, and workflows inside Notion / GitHub. Requirements: - Good programming foundation in Python (working with APIs, JSON, async requests, scripts). - Practical experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and LLM tool calling. - Proactive problem solver eager to learn new agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP). - Native or fluent Spanish proficiency (internal team collaboration and daily standups are in Spanish). - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and clean code documentation. Please describe 1-2 concrete examples. 2) Which tools, frameworks, and APIs do you use daily (e.g. Python, n8n, Claude API, OpenAI, Supabase, Webhooks)? 3) Confirm your exact hourly rate within our $3.00 to $6.00 USD/hr budget and your weekly availability (hours/week). 4) Confirm your Spanish fluency level for team collaboration.
