Junior 3D Graphic Designers (E-commerce / Product Images) – Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

We are a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company selling computer accessories across major retailers (Amazon, Staples, Walmart, etc.). We manage 200+ products and are expanding our design team to support high-volume product content creation. We are hiring 1–2 junior 3D graphic designers for long-term, full-time remote roles. This is not a one-off freelance project. We are building a structured team with clear processes, templates, and growth opportunities. Description: - Full-time workload (40 hours/week) - Consistent, long-term work - Performance-based growth opportunities - Potential to move into team lead / management role within 6–12 months What You’ll Be Doing: - If factory provides 3D files, edit/improve them for product image use (texture, color, details, etc) - If factory does not provide 3D file, create 3D file from product images and videos - Create product images for e-commerce listings (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) - Design infographics highlighting product features and benefits - Edit and adapt existing templates for new products - Resize and format images for different platforms - Follow structured SOPs and design guidelines - Work closely with our channel manager to complete tasks on schedule Requirements: - IMPORTANT: Ability to read, write, and speak US conversational English - Skills in Blender / Photoshop / Illustrator (or equivalent) - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions precisely - Reliable internet and consistent availability - Ability to meet deadlines consistently To be considered, your application must include a portfolio or samples (preferably product or e-commerce related) Salary is commensurate with experience
