KiCad Layout for Consumer Board

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with a fixed-price KiCad layout project for a consumer board. The project is a compact consumer IoT device. Pre-certified ESP32-C6 module, antenna unmodified, so the RF work is host keep-out rather than antenna design. Alongside it, an NAU7802 24-bit bridge ADC doing microvolt measurement next to a 2.4 GHz radio. TP4056 power path with charging-while-operating, deep-sleep acceptance of 100 µA or less. The board has to be designed for EMC compliance across the whole product. Host emissions (FCC 15.109 and 15.107) are in scope; the radio is a certified module and its own testing is not. Deliverables: native KiCad source with embedded libraries at every milestone, Gerbers and panelization, STEP, final BOM, measured ESD and noise acceptance on the first article. Full written spec with 13 deliverables goes to shortlisted bidders. Phase 0 is the board outline, quoted and paid separately, before schematic capture. To be considered, your proposal must include: 1) The FCC ID of one shipped product whose board you personally laid out and able to verify on fccid.io. Or, if your work is all under NDA, two customer references I may contact. Either works. 2) Fixed price plus revision allowance. 3) Confirmation of KiCad-native delivery and IP assignment.
