Kickstarter Video Producer/Videographer for Food Product Launch

We are preparing to launch an innovative food product on Kickstarter and are looking for an experienced video producer or production team to handle the entire Kickstarter video project from beginning to end. This is not an editing-only or videography-only job. I will provide the product, product information, brand/messaging materials and a preliminary 2.5–3 minute script. From there, I want the selected producer to take ownership of the complete production process and turn the script into a polished, professional Kickstarter campaign video. The selected producer should be able to handle or coordinate the entire process, including: • Reviewing the script and recommending any production-related improvements • Developing the creative treatment and visual direction • Creating the storyboard and detailed shot list • Planning the production schedule • Sourcing/coordinating the studio or shooting location • Providing and managing the necessary production crew • Providing professional camera, lighting and audio equipment • Coordinating any required model/presenter or on-camera talent • Directing the model/presenter during filming • Planning product, food, prop and set presentation • Filming product demonstrations and lifestyle scenes • Product and food cinematography • Voiceover production if required • Full video editing • Motion graphics and on-screen text • Color correction and grading • Music and sound design • Commercial licensing of any music or third-party assets used • Final mastering and delivery for Kickstarter and web use The primary deliverable will be an approximately 2.5–3 minute Kickstarter campaign video. I want to be able to provide the producer with the script, product and necessary product information and have them manage the production from pre-production through final delivery. Final deliverables should include: • Finished Kickstarter campaign video • Web/Kickstarter-ready master file • Raw footage from the shoot • Final editable project files • All necessary licensed creative assets We may also want shorter edits from the same footage for Meta advertising, TikTok, Instagram Reels and Kickstarter pre-launch marketing.
