Klaviyo Email Expert

Our campaign emails don't look like our brand. We need someone who can design and build emails in Klaviyo that look like they came from us — not from a template marketplace. What you'll do Design and build campaign emails directly in Klaviyo's editor (not hand off Figma files for someone else to rebuild) Establish a reusable email design system: saved sections, a modular block library, type scale, color tokens, button styles, spacing rules Rebuild our existing flow emails to match the new system Own mobile rendering — most of our list opens on a phone, and that's where things currently break Design for dark mode, image-blocking, and clipping limits, not just for the desktop preview Produce alt-text, preview text, and accessible contrast as part of the build, not as an afterthought Requirements 2+ years designing and building emails inside Klaviyo specifically. Mailchimp or Braze experience alone won't transfer cleanly A portfolio of live emails you personally designed AND built. Include the brand names so we can look them up Comfortable working from an existing brand guideline and staying inside it Hand-coded HTML email is a plus but not required if your Klaviyo native builds are strong Nice to have Experience building brand-consistent systems across both campaigns and flows Retention or e-commerce background Familiarity with Klaviyo's universal content blocks and template versioning
