Klaviyo Email Flow Builder — DTC Brand

What we need: We're a small DTC beverage brand on Shopify + Klaviyo. We've already written and approved the fixes for our email program — we need someone to build them in Klaviyo, one flow at a time. How this works: You won't build everything at once. Each flow goes: build it → we test it → we turn it on → then we archive the old one. Never all at once. This protects flows that are already making us money while we fix the broken ones. What you'll build (in order, one at a time): Fix a broken automation trigger (currently sending nothing) Rebuild our post-purchase email series Merge three welcome flows into one Build a new reorder/replenishment flow Clean up two underperforming flows (keep what works, retire the rest) What's already done for you: Copy is written and approved Flow logic (timing, triggers, splits) is fully specified You're not writing copy or making strategy calls — you're building to spec What you need: Real hands-on experience building flows in the Klaviyo UI (manual builds — this account doesn't use the API for it) Comfortable with segments and conditional logic Shopify + Klaviyo DTC experience preferred Follows a written spec closely, flags questions
