Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator for Ecommerce Brand

Amazing Natural Hair is a growing ecommerce beauty brand specializing in culturally inspired satin hair accessories. We are looking for a creative and reliable email marketing coordinator to manage our email campaigns on an ongoing monthly basis. ### Main Responsibilities * Create a monthly email campaign calendar * Write and design **two emails per week**, approximately eight emails per month * Create subject lines, preview text, email copy, and calls to action * Design attractive email graphics using Canva * Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo * Add and test product links, buttons, and discount codes * Ensure emails look professional on mobile and desktop * Track basic results and share a brief monthly performance summary * Suggest future email topics based on products, promotions, and past performance We will provide product photos, brand information, promotions, and final approval. ### Requirements * Experience with Klaviyo * Strong Canva design skills * Ecommerce email copywriting experience * Good written English and attention to detail * Reliable weekly turnaround * Beauty, hair-care, or fashion experience is preferred ### Monthly Deliverables * One monthly email calendar * Eight completed and scheduled email campaigns * Editable Canva links * Brief monthly performance summary ### Budget **Fixed monthly budget: $150** This will begin as a one-month paid trial, with the opportunity for ongoing monthly work. ### To Apply Please include: * Examples of emails you have written and designed * Your experience with Klaviyo and Canva * Confirmation that you can complete the listed work for the $150 monthly budget * Your typical turnaround time
