Klaviyo / Email Retention Partner

We know our email program is underperforming. We want someone who can prove why before we hire them. We run a Shopify store in Greece selling furniture and home goods. Growing fast, profitable, and email is the channel we've neglected the longest. Here's what we're working with: → Klaviyo + Shopify, 100k+ customer database (tens of thousands active subscribers) → ~10 campaigns a month, sent to nearly everyone → 4 live flows → ~7,000 checkout starts a month → Email contributes a fraction of what it should to revenue We've done our own diagnostic. We know some of what's wrong. We're not going to tell you what we found — because how you read the account is the interview. What the role is: A monthly retainer. You own the email and SMS program end to end: * Audit the account properly flows, segments, deliverability, consent, list health * Rebuild the flows that matter: welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback * Fix our campaign strategy. Sending everything to everyone is not a strategy. * Make sure our GDPR posture is defensible. We operate in the EU and we take this seriously we are looking for someone who keeps us compliant, not someone who finds loopholes. * Report on what actually moves: email/SMS share of total revenue, revenue per recipient by flow, repeat purchase rate, list growth quality What we're looking for: * Deep Klaviyo experience. Not "I've used Mailchimp." Klaviyo, specifically, on Shopify. * You've rebuilt a flow program before and can show what it did to revenue * Real examples: send us emails you've written and shipped. Live campaigns, not mockups. * Comfortable with EU consent rules and how they shape what you can and can't send * You tell clients when they're wrong What we're not looking for: * Anyone who leads with "growth hacking" * Anyone who promises to lower our CPA. That's a paid media metric. If you don't know why we're saying this, we're not a fit. * Agencies with a junior doing the actual work * Template decks Greek is a plus, not a requirement.
