Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Specialist for Peptide E-commerce Brands (Long-Term Opportunity)

We're looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to build and manage retention systems for our peptide e-commerce clients. We are a performance marketing agency specializing in scaling peptide brands through Meta Ads. As our client base grows, we're looking for a retention expert who can own the email & SMS side and maximize customer lifetime value. This starts as a paid trial with one client. If the collaboration is successful, you'll become our dedicated retention partner across multiple peptide brands. Responsibilities Complete Klaviyo setup and optimization Build high-converting email flows: Welcome Series Abandoned Cart Browse Abandonment Checkout Abandonment Post Purchase Winback Customer Thank You Back in Stock Build SMS automations Create and manage email/SMS campaigns Customer segmentation Deliverability optimization A/B testing Performance reporting Work alongside our Meta Ads team to increase repeat purchases and LTV Requirements Strong experience with Klaviyo Proven e-commerce retention marketing experience Experience building complete email & SMS systems from scratch Strong direct-response copywriting Ability to create clean, high-converting email designs (or work with provided creatives) Data-driven mindset Fluent English Huge Plus Experience working with peptide, supplement, health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or biohacking brands Shopify experience Understanding of retention metrics (LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, AOV, etc.) Important We do not currently have an in-house email/SMS infrastructure. We're looking for someone who either: already has a proven system and preferred tech stack they use with clients, or is willing to build the complete system for our agency from the ground up. Trial → Long-Term Opportunity The first project is a paid trial for one peptide client. If the results are strong, we'll continue working together across multiple client accounts as our agency grows.
